I think she was good because she listened to all the aspects of my different illnesses that could be contributing to my present problem. when I was leaving the surgery I didn't feel like id been fobbed off as you sometimes can with other doctor when problems are complicated.

Dr Porter is always very friendly and genuinely seems interested in how you are, not just medically, but generally and in what you are up to. Just enough to be personable without taking away from the point of the visit or taking too much time. I always feel listened to and that she's taking in the information and considering it; not being dismissive as so many doctors come across. Dr Porter provides full explanations and is always happy to answer questions and explain again if necessary. And yet is always to the point and is understandable. This is consistent for every visit. I very much like having Dr Porter as my Dr.
